The Palace Theater is a 1920 historic landmark that through is recent $30 million renovation has been transform into a state of the art facility that boasts a 5,000 square foot stage, a 2700-seat main hall, a VIP suite suitable for up to 80 for dinner, the Grand Stair Vestibule, and many lobby spaces. The Palace has become one of the areas most desirable reception facilities and offers Broadway series shows, comedy events and concerts and much more. The 2004-2005 Inaugural Season offers something for everyone.

The Seven Angels Theatre produces a Main stage series of quality professional plays and musicals from fall through spring. Seven Angels also presents a summer theatre series, children's theatre and cabaret concerts. In addition, Seven Angels Theatre runs the Stage II Community Theatre, the Seven Angels Youth Company, a Summer Theatre Camp, and a summer program for "at risk" inner city youths. Also offered are workshops, classes and apprenticeships.

The Mattatuck Museum, located on the Green in downtown Waterbury, is a treasure house of collections focusing on over three centuries of the heritage of the region and the master artists of Connecticut. The museum houses a 300-seat performing arts center, an art studio classroom, and a research library. An acclaimed cafe, coffee bar, and store offer services to visitors year round.

Waterbury Chorale is one of Connecticut's most beloved choral groups offers a dynamic spectrum of music to its audiences, both locally and internationally. The Chorale, performs a wide range of repertoire, from established masterworks to varied programs of contemporary music and music from other cultures. During the past ten years or so, the Chorale has performed on tour in Eastern Europe, Ireland, Wales, Denmark, Norway, China, Austria and Turkey.

Shakesperience Productions is a nonprofit educational theatre for youth that brings literature to life on stage to schools throughout the state and beyond.
